Three of Our Favorite Homemade Dressings

Why make your own salad dressing when there are isles filled with so many pre-made dressing options in the supermarket? Well, pre-made dressings are often high in sodium, contain inflammatory oils, and are filled with preservatives as well as other additives like gums, thickeners, and even food coloring. When you make your own dressings, you can control exactly what is inside and you can customize it to your taste preference. Scroll down to get the recipes for three of our current favorite homemade salad dressings: Balsamic-Maple Dressing, Apple Cider Vinaigrette, and Poppy Seed Dressing.
