We love a one pot meal! This Coconut Curry stew is sure to warm you up after a long, cold day. In this class, kids will learn how to create a homemade coconut curry sauce, toppings, and a green chutney. Kids will work step-by-step with our Chef Instructor to get dinner on the table. For this class, you will need: coconut milk, chicken or vegetable broth, brown sugar, peanut butter, red curry paste, lime, ginger, garlic, and salt. Mix in your favorite protein and/or vegetables like chicken, tofu, chickpeas, squash, bell peppers, carrots, potatoes, spinach, peas, onion, etc. For serving (optional): rice or noodles, cilantro, basil, peanuts, etc. For the green chutney: cilantro, garlic, lime, salt, pepper, avocado, maple syrup or honey. A full ingredient list with measurements will be sent upon registration.
