It’s cold outside, let’s warm up with an indoor summer BBQ - this delicious BBQ Flatbread is sure to be a win for the whole family. In this class kids will learn how to make a homemade dough, shred chicken or spice up some chickpeas (for veg friendly option), and how to layer on ingredients like a pro. We’ll also make quick pickled red onions for garnish. For this class, you will need: flour, salt, olive oil, yeast, sugar (or honey), rotisserie chicken (or sub with chickpeas or other plant-based option), your favorite BBQ sauce, shredded cheese (mozzarella, cheddar, gruyere or preferred), red onions, herbs, spices, salt, vinegar, and some optional toppings (we’ll send a full list for inspo so that you can customize your flatbreads!). A full ingredient list with measurements will be sent upon registration.
