It’s Soup Season! Let’s make a fun homemade Wonton Soup and some Baked Wonton Crisps to top it off with. Kids will learn how to create a delicious broth, crimp homemade wonton dumplings filled with their choice of protein/veggies, and make some baked wonton crisps to top their soup with. For this class, you will need: chicken or vegetable broth, soy sauce (or sub), rice wine vinegar, wonton/dumpling wrappers, your choice of protein like ground chicken, pork, tofu, or other, veggies like mushroom, carrot, snow peas, scallion, etc., cooking oil, shallot, garlic, ginger, etc. A full ingredient list with measurements will be sent upon registration.
