Sweet peppers mature a little later in the season, scan your local market late summer and you’ll find an array of bell peppers in all colors of the rainbow. In this class kids will make them the star of a hearty family friendly one-pan meal by stuffing them with their favorite grain, protein, fresh herbs and spices. While they bake we’ll prep a beautiful fresh herb oil to use to garnish our plates with. For this class you will need: cooked grain (quinoa, farro, rice, or preferred), bell pepper, onion, olive oil, beans (chickpeas, black beans, red beans, etc), spices, fresh herbs, salt, pepper, tomato paste, etc. Full ingredient list and class details sent upon registration.
