These Monster Burgers are a Freshmade Halloween fave! First we prepare spooky charcoal buns (from scratch of course) and homemade smash burgers (meat or veggie) and then top it all off with a DIY burger sauce and fun decorations. #NAILEDIT For this class, you will need: all purpose flour, charcoal powder, yeast or sub, sugar, unsalted butter, water, salt, whole milk, egg, sesame seeds, your favorite burger option (meat or veggie), sliced cheese, lettuce, onion, pickles, ketchup, mustard, mayo, garlic, etc.  We'll provide full list of insiprational add-ons upon registration.
