Workshops, Camps & Classes: Cancellation requests can be made via email a minimum of 24 hours prior to the event to receive a credit for a future class. Because we purchase food/supplies and prepare specifically for the students in the class, no refunds are offered for Freshmade NYC’s workshops, camps or classes.  On rare occasions we will have to reschedule or cancel an event. In these situations, you will be contacted at the phone number and email address provided along with a choice for a full refund or credit for future class. If you “No Show/No Call” for class you are not entitled to a credit or refund. All credits expire 6 months from date of original purchase. Credits may be used towards any comparable, age-appropriate class or an upgraded class/camp (additional charges may apply).
